singles match
Roman Reigns (with Paul Heyman) defeated Sami Zayn via spear pinfall.
Match duration: 32:20
-After just over 4 minutes, the first blocking of the match occurred.

This allowed Reigns to use the chair, leading to the finish.

After the match, Jimmy Uso continued to punch Zayn before Kevin Owens made the vault. He knocks out both Reigns and Jimmy Uso, even blasting the latter through the commentary table with a pop-up powerbomb. When Owens grabs a chair and is about to attack Reigns, Paul Heyman, who has to eat a stunner, gets in the way. After Zayn finds his feet, Owens clears the way for the Helluva Kick. As Owens leaves the ring and the arena, a disappointed Sami Zayn is left alone in the ring. With these images, the Elimination Chamber Premium live event is discontinued.
